Class of 2026 Events

Senior Portrait Make-Ups - Wednesday, February 18th
PGA Lobby

Students who did not make it to their originally scheduled picture date should use this date to make up for their photoshoot. Also, any students wishing to retake their photos are welcome to come. Photos should be done during the student's regularly scheduled lunch period. If students wishing to take their photos do not have a lunch period, please come at the very beginning of either period 3, 4, 5, or 6. Students will not have the entire period to take their photos and must return to class immediately; otherwise, they will be marked as an unexcused absence. This will be the last opportunity for senior portraits.

Senior Flag Football: Sign-ups for the senior flag football game are now available through your 5-Star Student App in the Store from 9/5/25 - 9/12/25. Players must sign up through the 5-Star Student App. Students wishing to coach the players, please contact the athletics office. The Senior Flag Football game will take place on Wednesday, September 24th, @ 6pm on the Argo Football Field. Entry: $2/ticket - Cash. Proceeds go to the Senior Class Board to host future senior events.
 

Senior Sunrise - Friday, October 10th, 2025

Tickets are $12 each & on sale from 9/29 - 10/8 through the 5-Star Student App! Breakfast will be served, students receive gifts, play games, and earn prizes!


Senior Portraits - Monday, February 2nd & Tuesday, February 3rd

Each student will have one yearbook photo and one cap and gown photo taken during their assigned PE class period on their designated day. Picture day assignments are as follows (Find your PE teacher):

Cap and Gown Measurements - Friday, February 6th-20th

Students must submit their cap & gown measurements through the button available on their 5-star student app. No purchase is necessary to submit measurements. The cap & gown fee is added to fees on the Parent PowerSchool portal and can be paid along with other school fees.
 

Senior Banquet - Friday, March 13th
Ruffled Feathers Golf Club - Lemont, IL

This will be a sit-down dinner event where the senior superlative awards are presented, followed by dancing. It will be from 6PM to 10 PM. Doors open at 5:45 PM and close at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $40.00 and will be available on the 5-Star Student App from 2/13/26 through 2/27/26, along with voting for senior superlative awards.
 

Senior Sunset - Date TBD
Argo Football Field

This event is one last chance for Seniors to hang out with each other before they graduate. This event has it all! Food & snacks all night, Senior Slideshow, DJ dance party on the football field, photobooths/stations, and more. Tickets will be available on the 5-Star Student App.
 

Prom 2026 - Saturday, May 2nd
Georgio's Banquets - Orland Park

The event will be from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Students must arrive before 7:00 PM or they will not be allowed to enter. Each Argo student may only purchase one ticket unless you are purchasing a ticket for an outside guest. Outside guests must have a signed guest form from the Dean ’s Office before the designated deadline. This form is located on the Argo Website under the Activities Office link or in the activities office, room 218. Once it is approved by the Dean, the Activities office will send an email to your Argo student email that the option for a second ticket is available for purchase. Argo Freshman students may not attend under any circumstances. Argo Sophomore students may only attend as a guest of a Junior or Senior and must submit the outside guest form as well. Any vehicle bringing students to Prom is subject to search by the Argo administration. ALL party buses, limos, student-driven vehicles, etc. will be searched by the Deans. Any student participating in underage drinking or drug use will be excluded from the event and subject to school and possibly criminal consequences. Tickets will be available on the 5-Star Student App.


Grad Night - Saturday, May 9th
Six Flags Great America - Gurnee, IL

Students will report to the Argo cafeteria prior to boarding the buses at 7 PM to check in, get snacks, and receive hoodies. Students will return to Argo at approximately 5 AM on Sunday. Great America does require that students be searched prior to entering the park. If they are found to have any drug-related items, weapons, etc., they will be required to have a parent pick them up, and they will face school and possibly criminal consequences. Tickets will be available on the 5-Star Student App.
 

Graduation Rehearsal (MANDATORY) - Tuesday, May 19th 
Wintrust Sports Complex, Bedford Park, IL.  |  9:00am - 11:00am

Graduates will do a run-through of the graduation ceremony and receive their guest tickets, parking pass, and caps and gowns. Practice should be completed by 11:00 AM. Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from practice. This practice is mandatory; all students participating in graduation must attend. In addition, all school fees must be paid to be eligible to pick up guest graduation tickets. Please contact the Business Office at fees@argohs.net if you have questions about fees.
 

Commencement Ceremony - Tuesday, May 19th
Wintrust Sports Complex, Bedford Park, IL.  |  7:00pm

Graduation will begin at 7:00PM. Graduates will have their own entrance and must be dropped off at the ceremony. Students need to arrive at 6:15PM and the doors will open for parents, guardians, and guests at 6:30PM. Concessions and the arcade
will be open until 6:45PM. Each student will receive FIVE tickets for their guests. Counterfeit tickets will result in forfeiting you and your party's entrance into the event. Any child over 2 years old will require their own ticket. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone will need to be seated as there will be no standing room. Please remember all school fees must be paid before being issued tickets. If you have questions about your child’s student fees, please contact the business office at fees@argohs.net. No balloons, flowers, noisemakers, strollers etc. will be allowed into the venue. There is limited parking, so we do ask you to keep that in mind when making plans for your transportation. Each graduate will receive ONE parking permit for a parking spot. Please place that pass on your dashboard prior to entering the lot. Please carpool if possible.


Please remember that school rules apply to all of these events. The administration can review any inappropriate behavior and may issue disciplinary consequences. Additionally, any student placed on social suspension will not be permitted to attend these events.
