Once you have signed in, follow these steps to submit a ticket:
1. Locate the Ticket icon in the blue left-hand menu

2. Click the + New Ticket button

3. Choose the category that best fits your needs, then continue choosing from available options to narrow down your request

4. When you reach the Describe Your Issue page, provide as much information as you can, add users to your ticket, or attach screenshots and files. Click Submit Ticket when you are finished.
