Social Science
The mission of the Social Science Department is to ask students to examine customs, institutions, beliefs, and prejudices. We empower students to critically read, think, collaborate, and write. Students gain an understanding of the diverse world around them and how to perform the duties of citizenship. With these skills and knowledge, students are empowered to create a positive future for themselves and their community.
